Registrations: Full payment is required at time of registration. Registrations with declined or invalid credit cards will not be processed. Only credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) are accepted when registering online. If you wish to pay by check you may use the printable form.

Cancellations: CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING ON OR BEFORE April 21, 2008 for a refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after April 21, 2008. There will be a $150 administrative fee for each refund request. REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER THE CONFERENCE.
