For your convenience, we'd like to let you know some important information in advance:
Registering online for the ALFA 2008 Conference & Expo is fast, easy, and secure.
Registrations: Full payment is required at time of registration. Registrations with declined or invalid credit cards will not be processed. Only credit cards
(Visa, MasterCard, American Express) are accepted when registering online. If you wish to pay by check you may use the printable form.
Online registration is available through May 14th 2008.
Complete each page in detail to ensure quick and accurate processing.
Complete registration within 30 minutes or your session will time out.
(You will then need to start over from the beginning.)
IMPORTANT: Please use correct upper or lower case.
Information entered here will be used on all official documents,
directories and name badges.
Please allow seven business days for receipt of written confirmation via e-mail.
All changes must be made in writing and submitted via fax to 330.963.0319 or
via e-mail:

Cancellations: CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING ON OR BEFORE April 21, 2008 for a refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after April 21, 2008. There will be a $150 administrative fee for each refund request. REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER THE CONFERENCE.
